The layer has a larger hitting surface, against diaphfram spring .
Ralease bearing BMW 28.6 mm
Fits both ZF and Getrag gearboxes with 28.6mm input shaft and 10 splines.
For example. E30, E34, E36, E39 etc.
This bearing ONLY fits the 10 spline box with small input shaft.
22splines 320d and 530D you must have the fat 35 mm bearing.
NOTE MUST NOT BE USED FOR 7.25″ 184mm coupling, as it is too large.
