The sub total in your shopping cart include all fees, VAT, shipping and prices.
For Swedish costumer another payment option is Swish with the Swish number 123-251 04 51.
Remember to include your invoice number as message.
Right of withdrawal
Your right of withdrawal applies 14 days after you have received the item or a significant part of it . It is required in your message that you clearly regret the purchase. If the deal is for a special made item or one that has a clearly personal touch the right of withdrawal period begins from the day we have sent information. Special designed or special ordered products have no right of withdrawal. If you have chosen to pay Cash on Delivery (COD) then it is required that you collect the delivery before applying your withdrawal. Packages that have not been collected will not be debited according to ‘Refused delivery’ below.
Right of withdrawal does not apply if:
A service which has begun under the right of withdrawal period with your consent, the price is dependent on fluctuations of the stock market, the item because of it’s nature cannot be returned, the sealing have been broken with sound, picture or computer program. Seal breaking also refers to technical disablement.
When using your right of withdrawal:
When returning the product it is your responsibility that the product is in the same shape as it was delivered.
You are not allowed to use the product but you are allowed to carefully examine it. If the product is damaged or lost because of carelessness the right of withdrawal is lost.

When placing an order on our site it is part of the process to submit your personal or company information. Delivery period is usually 3-5 business days unless nothing else is stated for the specific product.
Refused delivery costs are to be payed by the costumer. DHL HOME DELIVERY, DHL PACKAGE, DHL PALLET, DHL PART-LOAD, DHL FULL-LOAD
12.4.5 Refused delivery
Additional costs will be debited to the freight payers if DHL cannot complete the delivery based on the following examples:
• Recipient was not available at the stated address .
• Recipient has not payed for the stated cash on delivery.
• Necessary facilities missing for unloading.
• Access to the unloading area is not free.
• Trans-shipment due to local traffic regulations or limited pass-ability
• For deliveries where the requirements for identification control can not be met by the recipient
If you have chosen cash on delivery as shipping method the package will be stored at the service point for up to four weeks. If the delivery is refused the goods will be returned to us. We reserve the right to debit you the costs for return freight as well as a expedition fee and a handling fee (300 SEK) for packages that are not collected.
There is no Warranty in racing or tuned cars that are not covered by any warranties.
Tenacimotorsport parts are sold without any express warranty or any implied warranty of
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Tenacimotorsport parts shall not, under any circumstances,
be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages.

The costumer pays for the costs of returning a product unless it was faulty or if we have packaged it wrong.
We only accept Posten’s business packages or a similar service with door delivery to Bakaxeldelar Kryddstigen 18 802 92, Gävle. If we have to drive to a service point you will be debited 200 SEK.
We will send a replacement product or refund your money only after we have received and controlled the returned product.
When you have committed a right of withdrawal you are responsible to:
If it is a product: Send or return the product to us.
If it is a service: Keep the material available for us, if it does not cause you any trouble.
We are responsible to refund the money that you have payed for the product as soon as possible or at most 30 days after from the day that we recieved the return or if it is a service, messsaged from you that you withdraw.
