BMW 22 splines 28 mm gearbox input shaft, built around the Tenaci Black Series
pressure plate, a Tenaci solid flywheel and a 6-puck sintered clutch disc.

Tenaci Black Series pressure plate
The Black Series is Tenaci’s entry-level performance pressure plate for 240 mm
clutches, capable of 780 Nm with a sintered disc and
540 Nm with an organic disc. The wear surface is integrated,
keeping the assembly simple and the stack height low. Despite the high clamp load,
pedal feel stays manageable thanks to the efficient diaphragm design.
MIBA sintered 6-puck disc
The kit includes a Tenaci Clutch disc 6-Puck 240 mm – 22 splines for BMW (part no. tm00240014)
with genuine MIBA sintered friction pucks – the same material trusted in
professional motorsport worldwide. Sintered metal handles far higher temperatures
than organic material without fading, gives a consistent, predictable bite lap
after lap, and offers a service life several times longer under hard use. The
6-puck solid (unsprung) design is ideal for drifting, rally and track driving
where precise, direct engagement matters.
Solid flywheel built for drifting
The Tenaci solid flywheel is CNC-machined from chromoly steel with a deliberately
beefy design: more steel under the wear surface means the flywheel absorbs and
manages heat far better during aggressive clutch work. The extra rotating mass also
helps break traction when clutch kicking – exactly what you want in a drift car.
Dual bolt pattern – two upgrade paths
The flywheel is machined with dual bolt patterns: one for the Tenaci Black Series
and Sachs 765 pressure plates, and one for the Tenaci Twin 240 mm. That means you
can start with this Black Series kit today and upgrade to a Tenaci 2-disc setup
later – reusing the same flywheel.
