Description
This Tenaci 265 mm sintered 6-puck clutch disc with 23 spline hub is built for serious performance use in Mitsubishi applications with the M66 gearbox (Volvo/Saab/Ford). The 8 mm disc runs genuine 36 mm wide MIBA sintered friction pucks – the same material used by Sachs, Helix, AP Racing and Alcon – giving an extremely high friction coefficient for drifting, rally and high-power street applications.
The 265 mm size offers a very large friction area, making it well suited to heavy vehicles and high-torque street or motorsport builds.
Why choose a Tenaci sintered clutch disc?
Unlike many cheaper discs with 32 mm pucks, Tenaci uses 36 mm wide pucks, distributing the load more evenly and greatly reducing the risk of the friction material digging into the flywheel and pressure plate. If the clutch is overheated, the MIBA material typically leaves only copper deposits that can be removed – meaning the flywheel and pressure plate can often be reused instead of scrapped.
