A Sachs 765 is spec’d for 600nm with an organic plate and about 30% more with a quality sinter.
So it can handle about 800nm.
So you can’t put it in 5th gear and think that you can brake it. Even if you ”only” have 700nm. Then you defy the laws of physics.
If you drive for example with an m60 m62 engine and have 700-900nm, you can’t kick the clutch in 4-5 with 245-305 tires and think that it will handle it without slipping. At 2500-3000rpm, it’s death for the clutch. Regardless of what plate you have chosen.
Then you simply have to buy a twin 765 or a 2-plate clutch that can handle 1250nm.
These flywheels have a stepdown of 1.5 mm and our previous models had a stepdown of 0.5mm. If you are going to ”max out” the Sachs 765, you can advantageously measure the pressure plate and then skim it in exactly by putting thin skims on the flywheel. Because then you are touching the ”outer” limits of what a 765 can handle, a 765 is around 1200-1300kg
Fredrik Pysnader drove his sinter for 1.5 years before it gave up and he had to buy a new one. It was probably a little misadjusted.
He has 643Hp and 920Nm, what makes it not slip for him probably has to do with the fact that he only has 225 tires.

When Fredrik tried in 5th it didn’t work, but in 4th it worked.
The Tenaci discs have Miba pads. That is, it is EXACTLY the same brand as on Ap Alcon Helix and Sachs.
The most important thing when installing this kit is to check that you have about 2-3 mm of play / distance between the fan and the bearing. Because when the plate starts to wear out, the spring goes out and then it goes very quickly before the clutch slips. We do not want under any circumstances that you drive with a no name plate, it is doomed! Plates that we recommend are Tenaci Kep Sachs Ap Alcon Helix.
