This Tenaci 240 mm sintered 6-puck clutch disc with 28 mm × 10 spline hub, complete with sprung hub and springs included is built for serious performance use in BMW applications. The 8 mm disc runs genuine 36 mm wide MIBA sintered friction pucks – the same material used by Sachs, Helix, AP Racing and Alcon – giving an extremely high friction coefficient for drifting, rally and high-power street applications.
With maximum contact area, the 240 mm size suits heavy vehicles, extreme turbo builds and diesel engines where sheer clamping capacity takes priority.
Why choose a Tenaci sintered clutch disc?
Unlike many cheaper discs with 32 mm pucks, Tenaci uses 36 mm wide pucks, distributing the load more evenly and greatly reducing the risk of the friction material digging into the flywheel and pressure plate.
